Just a reminder that our Summer Messy Church is next week! We hope you will come along and enjoy all our ‘Abraham’ themed arts, crafts and messy play! We will be in the halls and, weather permitting, the church garden.
You don’t need to book, just turn up! There is no charge and there will be refreshments for all.

The Sunday morning Service on Sunday 17th July will start at 9.20am instead of the usual time of 10.30 am. This is to help folk deal with the extreme hot weather that has been forecast for Sunday. We thank you for your understanding.
We are celebrating the collection of 1000 bikes, collected by The Bike Project since May 2018. These are refurbished and given to refugees and asylum seekers.
To celebrate The Queen’s platinum Jubilee, a ‘bring & share’ lunch was held on the 5th June, after the Sunday service, which turned out to be a very successful and enjoyable event!
Unfortunately, our Messy Nights session this Friday is now cancelled. Apologies. We will let you know when we can run the next session in due course!

Come and join us on Sunday 5 June as we celebrate HM the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee with a bring and share Big Jubilee Lunch following the morning service. It will be held outdoors in the front garden weather permitting, or else in the church hall.
With activities for all ages – everyone is welcome!
The whole world has been watching Russia’s invasion to Ukraine in the past week. We pray with and for our brothers and sisters who are suffering in the face of violence, upheaval and trauma. Our prayers without commitment and actions defeat the purpose of our trust in the Lord and being his disciples.
We would like to encourage people to support the emergency appeal called by The Methodist Church and All We Can. They will use the fund to support the United Methodist Church’s works and missioners in Poland, Romania and other neighbouring countries to tend the needs of the unprecedented surge of refugees.
Come and join us at the church hall for Adult Messy Church starting Friday 19th Novmember 2021, then every third Friday of the month! Each session is from 8:00pm-9:30pm.
