A Space for the Community

If you are looking for a venue to hold a private, commercial or community event, the Hampton Methodist Church halls could be just what you are looking for.

We have provided a space for the community for over 50 years and continue to be a popular choice in the local area.

Our halls are currently used for dancing classes, Zumba, memory cafe, a computer drop-in session, Messy Church, AA, dog training classes, ladies choir and a polling station, as well as for one-off events such as children’s parties and meetings.

Bookings can be made on a regular, weekly or monthly basis or as a one-off rental.

Children’s parties can only be booked on Saturdays during school holidays and half term holidays

Special rates are available for registered charities upon receipt of a registered charity number.

Alcohol must not be consumed or sold anywhere on church premises, including halls.

Overview Of Facilities

Hampton Mission Partnership was formed in July 2019 by Hampton Methodist Church and Hampton Baptist Church coming together in response to God’s calling. We believe that at a future point God will guide us to become a Local Ecumenical Partnership but until that time we are working together to deliver His work in Hampton. We have two halls for community hire. The large hall is 13×10 metres and has a large area for tables and chairs, or for physical activities such as dance and exercising. The small hall is 12×6 meters with a hatch to the kitchen.

Toilets are accessed via the rear doors of both halls and there is an additional toilet off the foyer. Access to both halls is from the car park, via steps or ramp.

Standard Rate – £31.50 per hour

Children’s Parties (4 Hours) – £109.00

Small Hall

Standard Rate – £28.00 per hour

Children’s Parties (4 Hours) – £92.00

Additional Facilities

The large kitchen has two ovens with double hobs, dishwasher, double sink and mini sink and a plumbed constant supply of hot water. The use of chairs, tables & the kitchen is included in the 4-hour party rate. Free Wi-Fi is available to hall users.

Parking & Public Transport

The church car park, at the rear, has spaces for 13 cars plus one disabled parking space. There is limited, weekday on-street parking. The 111 and 216 buses stop nearby and Hampton Station (with two trains per hour) is a 5-minute walk.
