East Molesey Methodist Church WMVC Concert

East Molesey Methodist Church are delighted that the excellent Weybridge Male Voice Choir will ‘launch’ our 150^th Anniversary celebrations at the church.  The choir was recently at the Cornwall International Male Choral Festival, and they sang to large and appreciative audiences in Bath Abbey, Truro Cathedral (twice) and three other venues (for which there are many videos on You Tube, Facebook etc). They have a really talented accompanist in Thomas Kelsey, and the musical director, Jonathan Kilhams,  who takes them through a wide and varied repertoire and was awarded the cup for the Competition’s Best Conductor – a really great achievement !!!  As well as Cornwall this year the choir has performed in many concerts and will be singing twice more before the concert at our church. Being a community choir, they are always enthusiastic about supporting local organisations and charities, and at our concert there will be a retiring collection for Princess Alice Hospice. so, it would be great to have a really good audience.
